In celebration of our great communities, The Shreveport-Bossier City Advocate is presenting 2026 Shreveport-Bossier Choice. This contest is truly designed to engage the community in celebrating the places, restaurants and local businesses we love.
2025 had over 51,000 votes cast — a 47% increase in year two — and more than 4,400 local businesses competing across 234 sub-categories in twelve main categories, the enthusiasm this year reflects a growing appreciation for everything that makes Shreveport-Bossier shine.
How does it work?
During the nomination period, we invite our audience to nominate outstanding establishments and professionals in Northwest Louisiana and the surrounding areas. Once our nominations are taken, we
will move them to a ballot for official voting. All nominations and voting will be done online at VoteShreveport.com.
